Online Ordering & Drop-Off Catering Terms & Conditions

  1. Orders

  2. All orders placed through the Bespoke Catering online platform are subject to availability and acceptance.
  3. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or deposit (where applicable).
  4. Bespoke Catering reserves the right to decline or amend any order where necessary.

  5. Pricing

  6. All prices are listed in AUD and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
  7. Prices may change without notice; however, confirmed orders will be honoured at the agreed rate.

  8. Payment

  9. Full payment is required at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  10. Orders placed within short notice periods may require immediate payment to secure production.

  11. Order Changes

  12. Order increases may be accommodated prior to delivery, subject to availability and production capacity.
  13. Decreases or changes to confirmed orders may not be accepted within 48 hours of delivery.

  14. Cancellations

  15.      •      Cancellations made more than 3 business days prior to delivery: no charge
  16.      •      Cancellations within 3 business days: up to 50% of order value
  17.      •      Cancellations within 24 hours: 100% of order value

  18. Delivery (Drop-Off Catering)

  19. Delivery times are estimates only and are subject to traffic and operational conditions.

  20.      •     Cold items may arrive up to 60 minutes prior to the requested time
  21.      •     Hot items may arrive up to 15 minutes prior to the requested time

  22. Deliveries are made to the ground floor or nearest accessible delivery point unless otherwise agreed.
  23. Delivery fees apply based on location and access conditions.

  24. Monday to Thursday Ordering Notice:
  25. For orders placed Monday to Thursday by 12.00pm the delivery will take place next day at your
  26. selected time between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

  27. Weekend Ordering Notice:
  28. The earliest delivery window for orders placed from Friday 12.00 pm will take place the following
  29. Tuesday at your selected time between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

  30. Access & Delivery Conditions

  31. Clients must ensure:
  32.      •     Clear and safe access for delivery
  33.      •     Accurate delivery details provided at the time of ordering
  34.      •     Someone is available to receive the order at the agreed time

  35. Delays caused by restricted access, incorrect details, or lack of recipient may incur additional charges or impact food quality.

  36. Food Handling (Drop-Off)

  37. All food is prepared in accordance with Australian food safety standards.
  38. Once delivered, responsibility for food storage, reheating, and consumption transfers to the client.
  39. Bespoke Catering is not liable for food quality once delivery is completed.

  40. Dietary Requirements

  41. While all care is taken, Bespoke Catering operates in a kitchen that handles allergens including nuts, gluten, dairy, and seafood.

  42. We cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens.

  43. Product Substitution

  44. Bespoke Catering reserves the right to substitute items due to seasonal availability or supply constraints, maintaining equivalent quality and value.

  45. Equipment & Packaging

  46. All disposable packaging is included unless otherwise stated.
  47. Any hired equipment (if applicable) remains the property of Bespoke Catering and must be returned in good condition.
  48. Loss or damage may incur replacement costs.

  49. Liability

  50. Bespoke Catering is not liable for:

  51.      •     Delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
  52.      •     Improper handling, storage, or reheating of food after delivery
  53.      •     Allergic reactions where prior notice has not been provided

  54. Acceptance

  55. By placing an order through our online platform, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.
