Online Ordering & Drop-Off Catering Terms & Conditions
- Orders
- All orders placed through the Bespoke Catering online platform are subject to availability and acceptance.
- Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or deposit (where applicable).
- Bespoke Catering reserves the right to decline or amend any order where necessary.
- Pricing
- All prices are listed in AUD and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
- Prices may change without notice; however, confirmed orders will be honoured at the agreed rate.
- Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Orders placed within short notice periods may require immediate payment to secure production.
- Order Changes
- Order increases may be accommodated prior to delivery, subject to availability and production capacity.
- Decreases or changes to confirmed orders may not be accepted within 48 hours of delivery.
- Cancellations
- • Cancellations made more than 3 business days prior to delivery: no charge
- • Cancellations within 3 business days: up to 50% of order value
- • Cancellations within 24 hours: 100% of order value
- Delivery (Drop-Off Catering)
- Delivery times are estimates only and are subject to traffic and operational conditions.
- • Cold items may arrive up to 60 minutes prior to the requested time
- • Hot items may arrive up to 15 minutes prior to the requested time
- Deliveries are made to the ground floor or nearest accessible delivery point unless otherwise agreed.
- Delivery fees apply based on location and access conditions.
- Monday to Thursday Ordering Notice:
- For orders placed Monday to Thursday by 12.00pm the delivery will take place next day at your
- selected time between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
- Weekend Ordering Notice:
- The earliest delivery window for orders placed from Friday 12.00 pm will take place the following
- Tuesday at your selected time between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
- Access & Delivery Conditions
- Clients must ensure:
- • Clear and safe access for delivery
- • Accurate delivery details provided at the time of ordering
- • Someone is available to receive the order at the agreed time
- Delays caused by restricted access, incorrect details, or lack of recipient may incur additional charges or impact food quality.
- Food Handling (Drop-Off)
- All food is prepared in accordance with Australian food safety standards.
- Once delivered, responsibility for food storage, reheating, and consumption transfers to the client.
- Bespoke Catering is not liable for food quality once delivery is completed.
- Dietary Requirements
- While all care is taken, Bespoke Catering operates in a kitchen that handles allergens including nuts, gluten, dairy, and seafood.
- We cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens.
- Product Substitution
- Bespoke Catering reserves the right to substitute items due to seasonal availability or supply constraints, maintaining equivalent quality and value.
- Equipment & Packaging
- All disposable packaging is included unless otherwise stated.
- Any hired equipment (if applicable) remains the property of Bespoke Catering and must be returned in good condition.
- Loss or damage may incur replacement costs.
- Liability
- Bespoke Catering is not liable for:
- • Delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
- • Improper handling, storage, or reheating of food after delivery
- • Allergic reactions where prior notice has not been provided
- Acceptance
- By placing an order through our online platform, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.
